This internship is therefore only open to students or persons affiliated to a university educational internship program. Candidates have to prove they have funding in place by way from their education establishment or other source. Work Alongside Marketing Department, Merchandise Manager, Design Team, Managing Partners. Hours Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm, 3/4 hour for lunch. We do insist on taking regular break to get some fresh air and to keep you focused. Project Brief Eternity is looking for interns to help them successfully enter the European football market as a technical sponsor and a supplier of casual fan wear. We are looking for interns to initially understand our business to business target audience, primarily of football clubs. Interns must understand our target audience’s motivations, their media consumption, and route to market. Then take a strategic approach to meet the business objective of increasing business with existing football clubs and securing new orders from new clubs. Moreover we are looking for new ways to communicate with our target audience, interns will establish innovative promotional and communication activities (exhibitions, advertisements etc). you will, together with your mentor, establish your own goals and projects. 1. We need an innovative contact strategy for contacting interest, generating enquiries, and turning enquiries to orders for the football clubs we target. 2. We will then look to creative thinking to roll out an ongoing communication campaign through innovative promotional activities (Public Relations, Advertising, Exhibitions etc) to increase brand awareness 3. We are looking for a fresh creative brand and corporate identity. This new brand look and feel must support our marketing activity and our continued approach to football clubs. The brand positioning must give us an edge when targeting football clubs to be a technical sponsor and give us an unique proposition to hold all marketing and collateral together. Meaning the new brand must support sales effort with a cohesive brand look and feel and a refreshed brochure to help the sales effort. The brand and identity must establish the correct tone of voice, key thought and proposition 4. The company needs a more football orientated brand look & feel in both its brochure and website as we want to be a technical sponsor in the near future 5. The brochure must be an effective sales tool, to send out enquiries and to generate interest including products and case studies of customers. This brochure must be in line with the new website 6. You will work alongside the Web designers to help extend the brand look and feel. The website must have easy functionality, adequate literature on every page and it needs to send out our message, vision and mission 7. The interns will build a press database of all PR articles the company can use in any future campaign or press releases, including potential news stories, updates to the web sites, and update web site news page, help develop PR opportunities and any other marketing related areas. Including ad hoc marketing projects. Writing new copy for the web site including web site video ideas, testimonials, new ideas how to design it. 8. Identify reciprocal partners and businesses for banner advertising, partner opportunities, identify strategic alliances with other businesses. 9. The interns will essentially be the company marketing team. 10. Other Marketing & Communication related activities. 11. Other Strategic analysis duties and tasks. 12. Other tasks that may be asked of you in relation to the business. |
