IHAC – A World of Information IHAC offers a unique, specialised service in the travel industry that benefits hotels and their prospective clients. We visit hotels to collect detailed, updated information about their facilities. Our aim is not to classify, grade or pass judgment, but simply to give partners and travellers an objective, complete and clear picture of the hotel they booked, or to help them find the establishment which best suits their needs. Duties: - Preparation for IHAC visits including contact with hotels, tour operators, partners and booking of flights
- Inspections of hotels (collecting information & documents and taking pictures)
- Follow up of information collected (uploading information, documents and pictures on our website)
- Quality Assurance of audits
- Support to Sales & Marketing department
- General office duties

| Qualifications |
The selected candidate should: - Be fluent in English & German
- Knowledge of either Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Preferably have experience in tourism
- Be well spoken, outgoing & like to meet people
- Be well organised, meticulous and reliable
- Be able to work on her own initiative
- Computer literate
- Be willing to travel
- Be able to stay for a minimum of 6 months, starting in January 2011
