Internship in an E-Commerce on-line central of bookings in Barcelona. This position is full time, duration min 4-5 months.
Renumeration 150 euros/month and bonus of 100 euros per month worked.

The responsibilities in Customer Support will include:
- Customer Attention by phone and email.
- Reservation Management.
- Invoice Control
- Direct Email Sales
- Booking System Analysis and Improvements
- Inquiry Analysis
- Product Catalog Control
The responsibilities in Marketing will include:
- Search Engine Optimization
- Competition Analysis
- Internet Advertising and Promotion
- Website Publication
- Buzz / Web 2.0 Marketing

Requirements:
Applicants must speak and write English fluently.
Other languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch, German or Italian are an advantage.
Applicants will be expected to be organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
The internship must be a requirement for your course/degree completion.
Computer Skills in Word, Excel and Internet research are required.
A condition for the internship is that you obtain financial support from your government / school like the Erasmus, Leonardo Program or similar.
