Responsibilities:

-You will be involved in the sales department attending clients by phone or e-mail and assisting with customer service for companies, organizations, students, schools, Universities and other educational institutions. You will be required to provide language course and educational programmes advice in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles.


-Support and assistance to all departments, summer language courses abroad, adult courses, junior programs, working and au-pair programs, academic year, career and university studies


-Applications and data processing, correspondence, file management, etc


-Updating network, writing contents, analysis of traffic sources; planning and implementing online marketing campaigns. A place to show off your skills and ideas- we always enourage interns to implement their own suggestions and ideas to help us strenghten the brand awarness


-Preparation and review of pdf files and destination dossiers for the corporate website

High level of spoken and written English


Knowledge of Spanish not necessary, but might be an advantage.


Needs to be organized and a multitasker; sociable, responsible, creative and with good sense of humour.


We are looking for interns with lots of initiative, hiughly motivated and with strong organizational and communication skills, a person who enjoys developing commercial relationships. Good computer knowledge is essential
