| Terms and Conditions – for Students |

The following is a legally binding agreement between The Student
and Interntown (part of Translation Central Limited) governing the
terms of the services rendered or to be rendered by Interntown.
In the event of any possible dispute(s) or complaints in relation
to provided services or any of the elements comprising or related
to those services, these Terms and Conditions shall control. Registration
on the interntown.com website constitutes acceptance of all terms
and conditions contained in this service agreement.

Summary
of terms:
1. "Interntown" refers to Interntown (part of Translation Central
Limited)
2. "The Company" refers to the individual(s) or business entity
who have registered on the site to publicise their companies and
available placements, or who have merely accessed the site to search
for potential interns.
3. "The Student" refers to the individual(s) who are applying for
internships on interntown.com and have accepted this contract.

INFORMATION FROM COMPANIES
Interntown bears no responsibility for
any information provided by The Companies. Responsibility for all
correspondence and agreement entered into between The Company and
The Student is directly the responsibility of The Student. Interntown
clearly states that is has not vetted any of the information provided
by The Company. |

2.
RECRUITMENT OF INTERNS
The Company bears no responsibility
for the success or failure of The Student to find a placement with
a suitable Company. Where the Student registers with interntown.com,
the Student has full access to all the details (including contact
details) of all The Companies who have registered on the site. If
the Student is unable to find a suitable Company, or the Companies
that the Student contacts no longer have placements available, this
is not the responsibility of Interntown. After The Student successfully
contacts a Company using interntown.com or The Student is contacted
by a Company using interntown.com, all future relations between
The Student and The Company are directly the responsibility of The
Student and The Company. Interntown is also not responsible for
instances where The Student contacts a Company and receives no subsequent
reply from The Company. |

3.
INDEMNITY
The Student shall indemnify, defend,
and hold harmless The Company, its owners, directors, officers,
employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and successors
and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, costs
and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from, arising out
of or incident to any suit, claim or demand based on:
- The adherence to this Agreement by either party
- Any use of the interntown.com website

4.
PAYMENT
The Student is not required to pay anything
to interntown.com. Where The Company requests a payment from The
Student for an internship placement, the terms of such a payment
are directly the responsibility of The Company and The Student.
Interntown will gain no financial benefit from such a transaction.

5.
LEGALITY
This Agreement shall be governed by,
enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales.
