1. What is an internship?
An internship is a placement or time spent with the industry. For some students this is a compulsory part of their qualification, while others undertake and internship of their own accord.

2. How do I sign up on Interntown?
Go to "sign up for a company" - fill in all required
details. We then get an email with your information and will check
your profile. We then approve your company which usually takes 1-2
working days. You can already create your internship(s) but they
will only be visible online once your profile has been approved
by us.

3. How do I create an internship - the position(s) I offer?
Once logged in, go to "create Internship" which is in your Admin panel. Fill in all details. You can activate and de-activate internships.

4. What happens then?
Once your internship position is visible online, students can contact you in two ways. They either contact you by email as they can find your details in your profile. Often they send a CV etc.
The other way to contact you is to use the "apply now" button, which they find under your offer. Once they click this you will get an email from Interntown with a link to their profile. PLEASE do not reply to this email as it will be sent to info@interntown.com and not to the student directly! Go to their profile and get their personal email address to reply to them.

5. How do I search and contact students?
You can search our database for the right student(s). Go to the home page and click on the "Search for Interns" picture. Also, you have a link "View interns" in your admin panel which will send you to the same page.
Once you find the right intern you add this person to your internship room. This room is a list of all the students you add in there. Click on one name in the internship room and you will find all contact details of this person.
